These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which custom development work is agreed.
The website
The content of this site is provided for information about my work. It is not investment advice and it is not an offer to trade on anyone's behalf. Figures shown for past work are historical Strategy Tester results under the conditions stated next to them; they are not a prediction of future results.
Custom development
Work ordered through Upwork is governed by Upwork's terms of service and its milestone and escrow system. Work agreed directly by email follows a written specification that I send back before any payment is made; the specification, its price and its delivery terms form the agreement.
On delivery you receive the source code of the work and may use and modify it for your own trading. You may not resell it as your own product without a separate written agreement. I keep the right to reuse general techniques and non-client-specific code in other work.
No performance promises
I do not promise profit, win rates, returns or the outcome of any prop-firm evaluation. What I deliver is software that does what the specification says, tested under the conditions written in the report. How and whether you run it is your decision and your responsibility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any work is limited to the amount paid for that work. I am not liable for trading losses, missed profits, broker or platform failures, or the consequences of running software in conditions it was not specified for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
