Import and add it to a chart
Control Center, Tools, Import, NinjaScript Add-On, then Ctrl+I on a chart. You get the zip and the installation guide by email.
Get the platform
The indicators run inside NinjaTrader 8 Desktop. The platform is free to download and use for charting, simulation and strategy development, with a free trading simulator and free real-time futures data for it; a live account with a broker of your choice is a separate step that these indicators do not need.

How the NinjaTrader editions are licensed
Each product ships as a compiled NinjaScript Add-On, the zip that NinjaTrader 8 installs through Tools, Import. Licences are tied to your NinjaTrader account through NinjaTrader's Vendor Licensing (no machine ID, the same login works on every PC): a lifetime licence is issued to your NinjaTrader account after payment. No free trial is offered; the user guide of each product is public instead, so you can read exactly what it does before you pay.
The MetaTrader editions stay on the MQL5 Market and the cTrader editions on the cTrader Store. Each platform keeps its own licence; buying one edition does not include another.
